1 3/4 C Chicken Broth (or Vegetable)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp dried Oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 (8 oz) Can Stewed (or diced) Tomatoes
1 1/2 C. Uncooked Corkscrew pasta
- Cook ground beef in a 10" skillet over M-H heat until well done, pour off fat.
- Stir in broth, Worcestershire sauce, Oregano, Garlic and Tomatoes, heat to boil.
- Stir in Uncooked pasta, reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 10 min, stirring often.
- Uncover, cook for 5 min or until pasta is tender.
Sounds like what we used to have growing up called...Skillet Macaroni. Yummy.
